What differentiates Progress ShareFile from other similar products?
Sharefile handles the problem of securely storing documents (digitally) and sharing documents with others. I can upload papers that clients may access whenever they want. It is particularly effective for delivering and receiving large data in a secure and timely manner. This service may be managed centrally and accessed from different devices and platforms. This solution has made securely exchanging information with partners and consultants easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharefile includes various options that make it simple to use the program, including desktop and mobile apps, the ability to attach files securely or exceeding specified size limitations, and interfaces with other software such as RightSignature. The product is offered in both cloud-based and on-premises configurations. It is simple to install and configure, and it lets you to share huge files with others. It includes software/add-ons for Outlook, mobile devices, and other platforms. You can also sync material; file transfer is quick, and you may tweak the application's look to some extent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This software has some drawbacks, managing folder permission settings for all users with administrator privileges is not easy. Upload notification settings are easily lost and capturing/restoring is a hassle. Automatic payment when changing a subscription that was changed and Citrix support was not able to contact you after leaving a message). There is a problem with configuring Citrix ShareFile for high availability. From an end-user perspective, I wish there was a more relaxed way to customize the look of the product interface.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a high-quality, secure managed file transfer solution supported by knowledgeable assistance, Citrix ShareFile is the solution, you may choose between cloud-based and on-premises storage.

What differentiates Progress ShareFile from other similar products?
I believe the program accomplishes its intended function of file sharing and offers more capabilities than standard file-sharing services. With this platform, we can organize folders, provide access, encrypt communications, control user access, and more. Citrix Shared files offer the ability to download and install the program on a computer in addition to having an online version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If you need to locate a file-sharing solution and a safe alternative to sending files as email attachments, share file is a terrific application. Users will be notified when fresh material is ready for download and evaluation, thanks to the alerting and notification capabilities, which are particularly good. Although it's wonderful for file sharing, there could be better solutions if you want to use Sharefile to do a comprehensive audit because the documentation might get rather large.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There have been certain aspects that have disappointed me. For example, workflows or the ability to work on documents online without having to log in to Office 365 and handle some handovers have not been completely developed as I had hoped.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The program's ability to provide passcodes when you transmit a document is one of the features I enjoy. This provides you comfort knowing that your work and papers are private. The organisation provides good, well-explained assistance and support so that you can use the product appropriately.
