What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ShareFile is perfect since it allows me to store and transfer files to clients quickly and simply, it also provides me with effective security and access to my project materials. I enjoy the ease with which data may be uploaded, as well as the flexibility to securely deliver them to the appropriate user in a number of methods. I particularly enjoy the fact that receivers are not permitted to send the ShareFile link to others (must be provided by the person who originally uploaded the files).

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike data limitations. The software needs you to select an expiration date for the link, but it does not remove the data within the folder automatically (or at least as enforced by our company). This, I believe, adds to the loudness while attempting to go to a new folder.

I feel that this is a very secure platform for sharing file and also it can be integrated easily with MS outlook.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can upload files up to 100 GB. it has user friendly interface and sharing of file is very easy. Notification process is good and there are emails generated when there is any action on file such as if someone viewed or downloaded it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once it hanged for me and closed automatically while sharing a file. Some files do not open on app so they need to be opened on browser. editing of files on mobile is very time consuming some time.

we have been using citrix file transfer for 3 years and it has served all our needs in sharing files and have never faced much issues.

Citrix ShareFile performed flawlessly. So far, no problem has appeared.
