What differentiates Progress ShareFile from other similar products?

Managing storage space is simplified by specifying a time limit for when files will automatically delete themselves. This is ideal for legal or financial information because it is incredibly safe and encrypted. Electronic signatures can be accomplished quickly. Large files can be sent via the email plugin in Citrix ShareFile without too many problems. The emails are secured while in transit. The customer portal was popular.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many tools in ShareFile that can assist you with backup. You can quickly access the new drive letter like any other drive on your computer. Document sharing and saving are made simple by this. After minor upgrades, the actual log-in process and navigation were simple to use, and the customer support previously functioned reasonably well. Using several folders, we can organise files according to projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are also at least one or two service disruptions that occur every month, causing users to be unable to complete their work for a period of time. There is occasionally a lag when uploading files. It has to be made more user-friendly and less complicated because it is too pricey. It needs to be more adaptable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The web interface's cloud-based simplicity is lovely. Onboarding and execution went well. It is optional for the recipient of the files to create an account on the website to begin downloading the file. I can be reassured about losing access because of a hardware issue. One of the most straightforward software programmes we've used is this one.
