It enabled us to combine the above-mentioned strategic and non-strategic project input. A project manager is capable of working with others and efficiently allocating resources to initiatives. Although it gets tiresome to show search those intermediate facts within tasks with reduced work breakdown. At a lower price than some other options, it covers management issues like cost management, compliance, and resource planning. The statistics and dashboards significantly help us keep tabs on the development of both individual projects and project portfolios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The R2D2 reporting engine appears to be a significant step forward in updating PPM Pro reporting capabilities as compared to the historical reports, which have lagged behind competing off-the-shelf reporting solutions. The primary drawback of Planview PPM pro is that it lacks those appropriate scheduling procedures. Additionally, the design makes it a little difficult for pioneers with limited functionality to plot a course.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Planview PPM Pro can serve as the organization's reporting engine thanks to the integration. Teams may manage their work graphically with LeanKit's Kan-ban interface, allowing them to focus more on the relevant tasks and spend less time overseeing the process. The program is fantastic for high-level general project management.
