What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

The ease of use in the system is hands down above other systems. I have complete control over report writing and workforce planning. They are always innovating!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I LIVE in this system. All our employee records are managed and housed in Paylocity. Payroll processing is simple and quick.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the service reps don't take the time to problem solve outside the box solutions. They often just refer to PEAK articles that are either not helpful or outdated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don't have a good service rep, request another one. We went through a couple different reps before I found one that really understands how I operate and how our business works.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

User friendly for administrators and employees. Client services is very knowledgeable and helpful. The payroll process is top notch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely the payroll process. It's very user friendly and makes process so much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really do not dislike anything about Paylocity, however the Community module is basic with minimal features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research and learn about all the features Paylocity has to offer.
