What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Our human resources processes are fully integrated into a single software platform. They handle everything from open enrollment to onboarding to payroll to regulatory reporting. It's easy to learn and use the system. You can count on prompt, no-cost assistance at any time. Paylocity also provides in-depth product and service training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It ensures uniformity across the board for all new hires, wherever they may be. Benefits. Our initial representative was not helpful in upgrading our premiums. The second representative we spoke with took the initiative to look for the Paylocity information/knowledge document after our call and provide it to us via email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Problems appear for no apparent reason, and it takes development teams weeks to investigate and report back with a solution. Until you chance to look for it, you probably won't realize that there was a problem weeks ago.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

I recently found out that our company has a benefits portal where we can go to make changes to premiums all in one location. Instead of manually updating each staff member, which introduces greater room for error due to human intervention, it instead updates everyone simultaneously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is simple to use. You can get in touch with us whenever you need, and there won't be any hidden fees. Further product and service training is also available from Paylocity. In terms of human resources, everything is streamlined and housed in a single app. They handle everything from open enrollment and onboarding to payroll and regulatory reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When previous HR staff failed to adequately communicate with Paylocity about how to map particular codes and tracking, the mapping process can become problematic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every day, I utilize paylocity. While Paylocity's product is excellent, we have had mixed experiences with their customer service. I've seen firsthand how poor service has made it impossible for my company to expand. When urgent calls are ignored, there is no sense of urgency.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity is great in other uses for storing documents, tracking awards and time off usage, generating reports, posting entries to our GL, and collecting data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has many options that are among the best in the market such as Incorporation, benefits administrator, Labor, payroll, performance evaluation, expenses. facilitates the management of our payroll and human resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

improve customer service, Ability to automate and schedule messages in the recruitment module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is ideal for most companies for the recruitment, onboarding, and human resources process. It's also good for report customization. There are several ways to create reports and a variety of existing reports.
