What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
It is much easier to use than our previous HRIS. The data input is very easy and it has more features than our previous provider.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is web-based. I can access it away from the office.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Benefits Enrollment process (set-up time for file feeds to carriers).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They are worth giving a try. I like the customer service team. if I have a problem, I can reach out to them for assistance.

Solid HRIS. Lacking LMS.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
I do not have experiences with other HRIS systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ESS functionalities. Employee control of direct deposit and approving paychecks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of LMS improvements and features. More focus should be placed on the development of this area. This would greatly improve the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is great for HR use. It is not the best for LMS use.
