What differentiates Paychex Employee Benefits from other similar products?
The capacity to update data is designed in such a way that I can implement the modifications myself. I don't even have to depend on somebody to finish and evaluate the modifications. We are just a tiny firm, thus there aren't many adjustments. I could envision having someone make the modifications in a greater organization. When requested, the representative corrected as required.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paychex is simple to utilize and has its own protection processes in existence. There is no need to be concerned about a compromise. Professionals have indeed been ready to resolve issues in a timely manner. For almost a year, there have been no problems with automatic payments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once we originally established, its prompt services changed often. I was constantly notified, so there was never an issue, but once you start to understand one, they quit or are transferred. There's much else about constant turnover and staff changes. It leads me to wonder if people are paid decently, and why there is such a large staff turnover.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a wonderful option if you don't have amazingly demands but still require the standard payroll functionality. It's a fantastic payroll solution! They come highly recommended by me.
