What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

With this software, you can quickly create documents in real time using visual design tools. Helps you quickly create quotes and invoices that include logos, designs, structures and more. This is software that not only centralizes all customer documents into one system, but also integrates Office to create documents and create customer databases, making it easier to work with. Undoubtedly, this software can create documents automatically and error-free, which can save you a lot of time when posting documents and improve the performance of other activities in your company, which is a huge investment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has numerous adjustable templates that allow us to transcribe documents more quickly and accurately owing to the questions that the system previously asked. It also supports batch processing, which allows you to produce files with the same format while altering only a few details. It includes easily adjustable templates and document templates for managing client documents in real time. It also supports document digitalization through its scanner, as well as the production and verification of electronic signatures. Allows for the storing and categorization of all client documents, such as invoices and letters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the development of the template, the system has requested me to provide data that I had already entered. It takes a long time to develop new templates and preserve them for future papers because the procedure isn't as quick as I'd like it to be. We've encountered issues with chat and messaging since messages aren't sent in real time and take a long time to send. Some of the bulk emails we send wind up in the spam folder, making it nearly difficult for the client to read them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program is great for all businesses, regardless of size, because it will assist you in keeping client document management in total order, from your database to the papers provided. We have enjoyed it and have had few failures, therefore we strongly suggest it.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?

The key issue I'm addressing is how to manage a complex paperwork process while also minimizing the time it takes to finish all of the paperwork. Virtual signatures, questions and answers, and, of course, the interchange and transmission of papers internally and to clients are some of the benefits I have gotten. It is mostly used for business-to-business transactions and contracts. It also makes it simple to transmit critical data to papers. Furthermore, the templates are excellent and simple to modify.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

PandaDoc enables me to rapidly and securely generate, transmit for signatures, and receive client documents. I like being able to easily handle client information with two platforms that do the majority of the work for me. They employ modular solutions that are simple to use and administer. You may virtually sign the document with several participants, and you can also define the order in which participants must sign one after the other.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because I dislike the automatic expiration of papers, I must resubmit each one. The document will most likely expire, but you have the option to resend it. The biggest disadvantage I can think of is the presenting structure. Cover pages are simple to create, while content pages are sometimes difficult to handle. I used to enjoy the live chat feature that PandaDoc used to provide but no longer does. Some concerns are minor and may be fixed quickly with the assistance of a live person, while others are too urgent to send a ticket.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When PandaDoc is connected with another CRM system, it makes the document generating process more easier and faster. For document collaboration, electronic signatures, forms and other documentation duties I use Pandadoc. Use the assistance that is provided to you; they will answer any questions you have and show you and your team how to use all of the product's capabilities.
