What differentiates Oracle Talent Management from other similar products?
Our management team loves the Taleo. The ease of use and the integrations with other systems makes our human resources department much more efficient, leading to a faster onboarding process. We can keep tabs on applicants from initial interviewing all the way through hiring, as well as building skills within the company. We love it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Empower recruiters, hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals to surface top performers and reduce sourcing time. You’ll see results fast with a seamless, cloud-based solution that unifies your entire workforce lifecycle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is a powerful product. It has many of the features that you need, but it isn't the easiest software to use. The navigation could be improved and I'd like to see faster responses from their Customer Support team, who are usually very responsive. Still, I'd recommend this software to anyone looking for a fully-featured recruiting system with all sorts of bells and whistles because it's not easy to find an all-in-one product with this level of power at this price point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a difference between an informed user and a burdened one. To many companies make the mistake of overwhelming their users with too much information. This can actually distract the user and make it more difficult for them to complete their tasks. oracle taleo could be greatly improved in this area

What differentiates Oracle Talent Management from other similar products?
Registers results from candidates making screening much quicker and eliminating the step of account creation. I like how it is able to help with internal hires by recommending roles to employees within the organization
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employees have the ability to track and set their objectives that align with the broader goals of the organization. A personalized to-do list allows new hires to navigate the system easily and accomplish their goals from a centralized location.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The aspects that I dislike most is the price and the overall feeling of it being too complicated. The learning curve is steep but with proper training it doesn't take much time to learn.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a well-liked tool with the ability to check candidate status, pull transcripts, and engage in talent sourcing. Performance management is also one of its most popular aspects. Users should leave time for adopting to its somewhat complicated functionality.

What differentiates Oracle Talent Management from other similar products?
It contains a set of attractive features that are good enough to enhance and advance the recruitment process and for talent management.We can add the contacts information of all the candidates and considering the analytics this tool provides we can hire the best-suited talent for our company considering our needs. It is not just good for our company but it is also facilitating our candidates as they can choose time for interview according to their own ease and they can easily apply in our company. Its integration with Linkedin is helping us too, so concludingly I can say that it is a blend of many useful features which makes it unique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration, Ease in the recruitment process by the way it imports the contact information of the candidates. Overall the whole feature set of it is worth appreciating as it is a complete package to ease the processes involved in talent management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its user interface is quite hard and it is not easy to navigate through this tool although it is easy for the candidates to apply using it but on the company's end, we needed to get help from IT people. and it is not so active in providing updates to which I am looking forward anxiously.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this to the people who belong to HR departments and find talent management as a tricky process (the way I used to believe ). As its feature set will make things so easy to manage They wouldn't be in need of any external help in this process.
