The platform provides a mobile customer community platform. Excellent analytics and reporting tools. Availability of intelligent search services. Personalised customer support services. Ease of use and pocket friendliness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With this product, it has been flawless and no major challenges.

The product has increased our customer satisfaction through the use of insights and customer journey view. I recommend this Product to small businesses owners and medium enterprises. It is a game changer.
