What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?

It supports A/B Testing,drag and drop building and its website integration is very fluent and smooth than other eCommerce platforms

What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?

Comprehensive analytics helps us to visualize track and act on trends in real time. The other benefits are that there you work on all mobile platform, which allows us to access our customer data they have provided us of their products and promotions according to customer need. The most important benefit is availability on Android and iOS devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle CX sales help customers all over buying processes. It also helps with help in the closing of many deals in a short time. They are very good in customer data management. Their pricing is also affordable and they get customer issues before and after selling and solve them immediately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free trial and freemium version are not available. There is lack of enough tutorials. The new sales member requires some user training because some features are complex in use. There is missing of add address fields in some objects. They have tables view inside pages which is not. The communication between supplier and customer is not so good. It takes time in sending messages when we confirm order.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Oracle CX because it is excellent in customer relationship management tool and sales forecasting. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is best in the market for sales and service especially integrating with other systems .it can handle a bunch of data because it has big database

What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?

It is a powerful solution with powerful features to deliver results and manage everything smoothly and have it under control. You can use this one B2B or B2C businesses. Shipping charges, tax and cart calculations are there, you can manage finance with ease. There are a long list features that helps you to make the most of it but in short, a great solution for your ecommerce platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle XC commerce is one of the big names in ecommerce management solutions that are best in the field and mostly suitable for large firms and organization to manage tasks with more ease and deliver results better than anyone else. The company I work at is using it way before I joined and honestly this is a perk.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not sure how to describe this issue here, but sometimes, in very rare cases, the payment process and admin logins are troubled with lagging issue which is not favorable in our situation. It creates hassle of payment deduction from customer’s end they do not receive any order number, this like that should be avoided in a big firm because queries can be piled up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended to big ecommerce platforms. The management is not easy and if you have a platform that makes your life a bit easier why not go for it. It can manage anything and almost everything. You can boost your store with better results and ultimately generate the revenue. We have seen it with firsthand experience.
