What differentiates OpenText Extended ECM from other similar products?

OpenText Extended ECM can be deployed anywhere it can be deployed on-premises as well as in a hybrid cloud also which is a very good thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

we can get insights from Microsoft teams etc and gather a deeper understanding of the whole thing which is a great added advantage as our org uses Microsoft teams for almost everything..

What do you dislike most about this product?

It connects with SharePoint but I have noticed that sometimes there are issues with that. and there are problems with setting up the first time as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

create more open-ended documentation so that it becomes easier to implement ECM in any org..
