What differentiates Openprise RevOps Automation from other similar products?
Hands down it’ the support team. They’re not solely experienced their platform and capabilities, however they have invested with the time to learn our systems, processes, and goals. I can bring them any drawback i need to resolve and they will give many choices on how to approach it. I consider my Openprise team as an extension of our team, not a vendor. The platform itself is extremely flexible, permitting us to use it for multiple scenarios.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Openprise is data orchestration at its finest. Openprise provides mutliple aspects of improvement to our data. We’ve used the system to cleanse, gauge the health, produce an Eloqua audit log, change processes, fill data gaps, and more. The tool has all the capabilities we were trying to find and the support from the openprise team has been incredible. They make sure you’re successful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface for the tool and the templates can take some coaching videos to grow accustomed to. Some iterations of updates that include additional help text, descriptions, and examples can come a long way in serving to a user fully utilize and perceive what Openprise has capabilities of doing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a decent look at your information and raise yourself, “can this be better?” Odds are, your answer is “absolutely.” Pull together use cases of what you wish to boost and challenge Openprise to provide a solution on how they’d solve the problem.
