Great product that offers a lot of features with the easiness of customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The scripting language is outdate: Vbscript

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. It is a cheap ITSM tool that will offer much more than many big vendors like BMC or SNOW
