What differentiates Okta Customer Identity Cloud from other similar products?
It's APIs and clear login observation patterns are distinct from other apps. Its very functional and one-click user access approval management over various devices is a great thing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its user login and access approval interface is very likely and pleasing. Its no hard for any user using at any time of business hours.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its a great tool, many upgrades can be done. The code visibility options can be more, one click or open and approve functions can be added for more privacy
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very great app, can go for it, But do your analysis. Cost wise also cheap

What differentiates Okta Customer Identity Cloud from other similar products?
Okta stands out from it's competitors as it is easy to use, intuitive and is scalable as it's on Cloud. The tile display in Okta makes it very easy to use. The push notifications on mobile to authenticate and clear and crisp. The mobile application in fact is really smooth and I have personally had no issues whatsoever. For these reasons I think Okta Customer Identity cloud differs from similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspect about Okta is how fats it works. The minute I send a push notification, it gets notified on my mobile and the authentication is simply done in matter of seconds. The app is really easy to use and the UI is pretty simple for anyone to get a quick grasp on it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not much to be disliked, but sometimes the location that appears on the mobile app after a push notification is incorrect. This might be a bug, which I think might already been worked upon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are few bugs like location incorrectness, not getting push notifications on mobile phone on time and no good automated chat bot to answer any queries.

What differentiates Okta Customer Identity Cloud from other similar products?
Better offering and use when it comes to extensions and integrations with other products. It seems quite scalable for our team and has been a seamless incorporation to our tech stack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's been really easy to use as an end user. Both the Chrome extension and the app are quite intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Somestimes randomly kicked off platforms and having to sign in again and confirm codes via the Okta app. This sometimes happens right before an important meeting and is frustrating when you need to log-in again unexpectedly via Okta.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product on the market. One of the better authenticator tools I've used out there.
