What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

NinjaOne is a simple to use product to seamlessly connect to my client computers. No user interaction is what sets it apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote feature as well as the connect in background. I'm then able to resolve issues without interrupting the user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike (and this may be user error) is when I go to connect to a user's computer, it asks me to download the agent which is not necessary as the computer I'm connecting to already has it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a software to connect to your users in the most simple way, give NinjaOne a try! No need for your users to download a software each time you need to connect. Once you install the RMM Agent to the user's computer during setup you can simply connect with the click of a button.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

What stands out about NinjaOne is how easy it is to use while still offering powerful tools for endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and automation in one platform. It saves time, simplifies daily IT tasks and lets us manage multiple clients from a single console.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is how easy it is to manage multiple clients and devices from one place. The automation and remote access tools save a lot of time and make day to day IT support much more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications, sometimes you don't get them on time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend taking the trial and testing the patch management, automation and remote access features with your actual environment.
