What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

I found the user interface easier to navigate and the tools easier to user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The layout of the platform. This makes it easy to navigate to find the tools you need to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There has been times where it takes to long to change status of issues after they have been resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone new to this product to spend time in the Dojo, it is filled with helpful information to get you on the right track.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

The ability to configure every aspect when it comes to creating unique policies for each organisation / user

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Beign able to have all the devices available to you in one platform instead of navigating through endless tabs and windows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a device needs a reboot its still marked as unhealthy which makes me think its a critical issue when it actually isnt.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they require easy integration with Apple devices via MDM, NinjaOne is perfect.
