What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

It has an active Discord with some members of the community who are active and knowledgeable as well as real Ninja staff who will try to help where possible. Of course logging a support ticket is the best way, but if you have a quick configuration question then there is real value to be gotten from the support offered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I trust this product to be able to mange our endpoints both in terms of patching and performing automations on the devices that I need to run.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It used to be lack of darkmode but they added that in recently, then it was no Linux backups then they added that! I cannot think of anything at moment I really dislike as they are always improving and adding things I think are missing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try other products and see what works best for you and you organisation, but for us this was so easy to set up and performs all the functionality we want. Even better they are adding new features all the time that we didn't know originally we wanted but use now.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

It is very easy to use and the support is great from the team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to learn and can restrict any device easily to only apps or use case of the business

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not very stable, for example when I disabled wifi. I couldn't turn it back even when I changed the policy. So still has issues to fix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to learn and get into, so definitely recommend it for ease of use and top tear customer support.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

All of the features and functionality are intuitively available within a couple clicks for us to run our IT operations effectively and efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Remote support is the biggest time saver as a small IT shop supporting dozens of users across 3 locations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The notion of searching by user and/or username requires a minor workaround.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about the tooling you have today for remote support, management, patching, etc and what it would mean to consolidate all of it into a single tool with tremendous flexibility.
