As a small shop, this gives us everything we need without having extra “bells and whistles” and at a great price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant monitoring of devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I dislike. I am just waiting for them to implement their software repository.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try, especially if you are a small or medium sized business.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Ninja One focuses on automation which can save time, decrease human mistakes, and ensure that devices are always up to date with the most recent updates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ninja One has a user friendly design which shows the patches , fail, pending installations with separate tabs and describes the patch content with its size and automated patch installations helps to save lot of time for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the patch synchronization with the system takes a lot of time to install when there is not a proper internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ninja One's patch management includes a number of software providers . This is essential if your organization use diverse software's

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Installing and deploying Ninja One without having to touch each individual endpoint was simple. It was quite simple to integrate the Ninja One into our system .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing PCs with manual overrides and applying additional rules is made simple with the help of the user friendly PC device management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only drawback I can think of is that, in terms of antivirus software, it does not currently offer Windows Defender integrations. Although their cloud backup service appears fantastic, it is just too costly for both our clients and us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering Ninja one it has all assets in one console and then some for far less money and with much easier licensing.
