How easy it was to use and how consistent the process was.

It didn't make improvements that were helpful. Updates lost us all our cache memory.

Contact Tracing Allows social distancing restrictions to be placed on bookings as well as contact tracing if an infection is noted.

Space Descriptions Ability to add attributes to spaces such as location, lighting, equipment, etc.

Reservation System Easily view and manage previous and upcoming desk bookings, and manage check-in/check-out .
