What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
that's a game-changer for HR:'s , that Monday.com offers out-of-the-box and customized automations, saving time by making repetitive tasks error-free. which makes it stand out in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of using monday.com is that it has customizable boards and columns perfectly fit any HR workflow, while multiple views, like Kanban and Calendar, represent different angles on projects. Besides that, having prebuilt templates of functions, like recruitment and onboarding, makes their setup easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Advanced features and customizations can be a bit complex and hence difficult for lesser-advanced HR personnel to handle.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this tool.

Powerful Scheduling for the Master Spreadsheeter

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The formulas that can be written for schedules are really powerful and operate very similarly to spreadsheeting software, like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, but integrates them into a scheduler format, which is really clunky in either spreadsheet format.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration into a schedule while maintaining spreadsheet functionality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is immense and requires instruction to use to its full capacity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have 1 person or team own the in-depth operations and maintenance of this software.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
dashboards are great for managers. you can pull in data from many different boards to create one summary view. there are widgets for charts, numbers, and timelines.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it helps leadership see the big picture without having to look at every single task. a manager can have a dashboard that shows the workload of each person or the progress of all major projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the charts are a bit basic. they are not as powerful or customizable as a dedicated business intelligence tool like tableau. they are good for simple summaries but not for deep analysis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
for getting a quick, visual overview of multiple projects, dashboards are very useful.
