It is difficult to integrate and sync contacts. You are also unable to track leads' responses to emails.- you must manually note this.

Research your email marketing tools and make sure Monday.com connects properly, so you don't have to sync contacts or make notes twice.

Options for customization are limited. Almost everything will be formatted if you export a monday.com spreadsheet to Excel that has formulas applied to it.

We hoped it would be all in terms of resiliency, data security, and teamwork facilitation, so we're glad we went with it. The way in which monday.com is structured is very helpful. We can easily make hierarchy of things within different boards and folders. The dashboard creation is also very clean and user friendly. It also integrates well with other software like Slack.

I have still not been able to explore all the features of monday.com since it is very vast. I want to do a lot of things and have a lot of ideas on how I want to present my project details but I am still exploring the software. I wish it was more intuitive.
