What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Basecamp only has a paid plan where you are charged a one-time fee to access all features, while Monday.com bills you per user, per month.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Monday.com improves communication through your remote team: having all your documents and conversations in one place allows workers to stay up-to-date on the latest developments while giving them access to everything they need to get their jobs done.

A great project planning tool

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Webinars whereby monday.com hosts webinars every day of the traditional workweek. These events begin at different times; some in the evening, some in the morning, to accommodate international audiences. The very effective and knowledgeable customer support. The sign-up process for monday.com is more involved than others I have experienced. In addition to the username, email, password, you also enter your industry, team size, intended use cases, and several other indicators.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User-friendly interface that anyone new to the software can get used to. It also empowers you to easily configure and customize all options to create a brand-specific platform, it tracks all the changes you implement including fully dismissed actions, re-positioned agents, and modified statuses and dates. In case something goes wrong and unnoticed, Monday.com will tell you who caused it. It also has a many-to-many communication tool. Eliminate noise: get updates based on relevance
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficult to track time and expenses, it can be challenging to track time against each task and the cost for all the related tasks for a particular client. Also, it does not have a Gantt chart nor does it plans to have one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A software worth a try since it has a lot to offer and it competes well with the rest of the software in its category in terms of features.
