Being able to integrate Monday.com with key business tools and applications that we use , acts as a catalyst to our project management processes, making them faster . Thus allowing us accomplish project tasks in less time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Efficient task dependency management is one of the bedrock of successful project management. Unfortunately, Monday.com struggles with this aspect of things. Since task dependencies are only setup through dates on this tool, they are less functional than on some other project management tools , where tasks dependencies can be setup in a variety of ways.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My team's use of Monday.com has boosted team alignments , especially with cross team projects. Thereby, leading to improved productivity in terms of how projects are managed and their visibility.
