Good products with well functioning features

What differentiates MoEngage from other similar products?

Moengage lead workflow management work really well. We can manage and strategize conversion easily. The campaign and survey also conducted seamlessly. The existing of throttling function for certain audience sizes also help in managing traffic to the servers. Events tracking and management also easy to use. Sandboxing environment work well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sandboxing environment for testing purposes and Moengage flow dashboard helps a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The datawarehouses is hard to use from third party perspective. So we have to do a lot of manual parsing to custom analysis in our ends.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create a good consolidated segmentation beforehand. Make sure to have person to be contactable when implementing new schema/system. Event tracking have soft limit and it might cause confusion because no clear error reported when we hit the limit instead of just the data not gathered properly.
