What differentiates Mimecast Cloud Archive from other similar products?

Easy to use and doesn't mess with external systems when we share anything outside of the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mimecast best feature is to search and validate any URLs and attachments. That connection is routed over the Mimecast network, and the user is not allowed to access it if the link is malicious. Even, if something does not appear correctly, it will preserve the email and remind the recipient for the attachments. It saves a lot of time and lets us quickly identify malware.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can sometimes be extremely slow upon searching and or even trying to click the search bar.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great back up system for information which can be accessed at anytime.

What differentiates Mimecast Cloud Archive from other similar products?

Mimecast Cloud Archive provides lots of features and not just data archiving. It is also cost effective and easy to use as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Mimecast Cloud Archive is easy to use and that it is scalable when the business needs more resources. The software is affordable unlike the competitors The software can do more thanks to its many features

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problems so far. The software has been amazing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a software that can handle all your data archiving needs, then Mimecast Cloud Archive is that you have been looking for. I can recommend it with my head high because it has worked well for us.
