What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams has integration with other microsoft products like sharepoint, office - excel, powerpoint, power Bi and many more which makes life so easy than using other tools in the market because that would need workarounds so, that is what makes teams different.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the screen remote control and its integration with power Bi which is very helpful. I use these features to create reports and analyze the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven not seen any issue except sometimes call drops.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this conferencing tool to everyone.
