What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I think it offers quite a lot under one roof and it works with it's other programs like powerpoint, sharpoint, etc well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The backgrounds you can customize for your video so you get a little bit of privacy even while working at home.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's Microsoft. I personally use Apple because I have always had issues with Microsoft products in business and personal use, and hardly ever with Apple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a large team that needs to collaborate quite a lot, it's very useful. It can turn what used to need to happen in an office into doable remotely, which I think there needs to be more of.
