What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

A single interface for all communication tools including events, hub meetings, chats, and video calls so reduces the overall time from switching between platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The functionalities of the video call, such as blurred background, live captions, and the option to record and make sure it doesn't delete. And all is saved in their own ecosystem, such as SharePoint.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile application is quite bad, there have been numerous times that I don't get a message notification, and the only way I really know I got a message is because my laptop would ping

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn the interface to see if it actually fits with your organisation goals and needs. Team culture is quite important to align with your firm for it to enhance productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The emoji reactions during meetings is quite something.

The product sometimes hangs or logs you out when using CATO

Its an amazing option for working especially with large teams!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is easy to use, and its Microsoft brand helps laypeople adopt it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it quite useful for organising all of my correspondence and tasks in one location. I enjoy that I don't have to go between apps to communicate, hold meetings, and share files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that Microsoft Teams keeps switching between old and new teams following modifications. After picking the new teams, I received reminders to choose between the old and new teams every time i accessed it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's incredible that TeamFlect was included into HRM. The cooperation is outstanding and just helps and solves everything. Teams maintain your staff's communication together, so a lost of translation problem cannot exist
