Large collaborative groups can be maintained, it is suitable for all types of companies and numbers of employees. Integrated office/microsoft 365 tools. You can edit and share documents in OneDrive, OneNote, among others. Online information guides. Chat and calls. Channels with focused conversation topics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams has several features that make it one of my favorite work tools. Ease of use Well-structured interface with the most important functions always at the user's fingertips. Ability to join a meeting via web browsers. Stability, the software is always available, I have not experienced crashes or freezes. I can collaborate from my smartphone. Allows moderators a simple and practical management, assigning functions such as presenter role when needed during a meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing bad to say, in these years using MS Teams everything has gone pretty well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In case of smartphones MS Teams consumes quite a lot of device memory as it is a quite complete software, full of functions and with the ability to perform business multitasking in real time, I recommend having a good working tool that can run Teams optimally, it is worth it, it is safe, reliable and professional.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is tightly integrated with other Microsoft products like Outlook, sharepoint, Office etc. I especially like the outlook calendar integration. Everything required for collaboration is available at one place. During this pandemic, i could not think of anything without Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile app of Teams is fantastic. It works well even at low bandwidths. The application is light and doesnot drain my battery. I used to be on calls for hours on phone and it works like a charm.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The recording feature can be made more intelligent. Sometimes people forget to turn off the recording of a group call at the end of the call. Eventhough no one is speaking or nothing is happening for hours, the app keeps recording, if someone forgot to leave the call. After some time the recording must switch off by itself and display the message that recording is switched off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the best product, given it is tightly integrated with other Microsoft products. Microsoft is a great company when compared to other tech companies. It is always a pleasure to associate with such great companies. Teams is much better than its competition and a true collaboration tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It offers a great variety of functions and integrates perfectly with MS Outlook, it is easy to implement and very intuitive for the end user, this application has a good control panel and all the tools that make it easy for the presenter, it is beneficial when working from home or host a meeting with team members working from remote locations, as you don't need to worry about location, it also helps me when someone on my team doesn't see email, then I quickly text teams from Microsoft, it's the one-stop shop for all kinds of things you'll need to collaborate with your team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an incredible tool to develop meetings, create groups, share information, manage the calendar and keep track of different activities, I like how you can share the screen and sound on your computer or device, I also love being able to send chats to colleagues instead of sending an email, it is a simple and easy to use collaboration platform that allows you to share documents, it is also really easy to add other people to your meetings and you can organize external meetings and keep the chat going.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had some problems with calls not connecting or being dropped during calls, I also do not like that MS teams do not have a download progress bar and no download cancel button.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It allows people from all organizations to work together, share documents and videos, and how it shares browser screens with audio, it is also the best meeting solution that can be easily used in a business environment, I recommend this application for all services of business management and videoconferencing.
