As Microsoft Team is integrated with Microsoft Office 365 end-users can use services like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, and outlook during the meeting. This product provides a chat feature so end-user can create conversation channels and easily interact with their teammates using chatbox. Here questions or queries get solved using Team chat, end-user does not have to go for the mail. In this product, file attachments have done easily. This product provides both web and mobile app interfaces. The end-user easily finds out chats and files from past conversations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In Microsoft Team, end-user can arrange a video conference, chat in a group, calling with teammates on one platform easily. This product also provides a one-to-one message, group chat, in which end-users can share their opinion, solves doubt and the main thing about this product is that it has a GIF, stickers, and emojis. As Microsoft Team integrates with Microsoft Office 365 so editing a file like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel can be done in real-time using this product. In-built screen-sharing and video recording tools are the plus point of this product so end-user have not to go for other third-party applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Team requires a high internet connection for attending a video conference. Other than these all features are best and they provide reliable service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Team is the best video conferencing software and provides the best quality of audio by fillers out the background noise. Integration of Microsoft team and Microsoft Office 365 provides the best interface and makes your easy and time-consuming. The plus point I observe about this product is that it has in-built meeting features, so you have to not go for any third-party applications.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

A lot of people already have Office 365 which includes Teams. If you are paying for another web conference solution, that does not make sense. Teams chat is fantastic for keeping in contact with your staff and or teams. Create Channels of different content, easily share files, great video conferencing, ease of use for the end-user. Microsoft is constantly adding new features and making the product even more useful. Teams has been very dependable as well with maybe only a handful of "Microsoft issues" over the last 14 months.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video conference portion. It has been easy to stay in touch with others during this whole WFH during the pandemic. We have completely changed our WFH policy because of Teams and how well it has worked for us. Being able to just quickly video conference someone is almost easier than when in the office. We have actually seen more people over video than we have when we were in the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All though the product is pretty easy to roll out and use "out of the box" there are a ton of security controls and configurations you can set up on the back end. If you are in an industry with compliance such as HIPAA or PCI you need to have a consultant or someone who knows the office 365 security set up really well so you don't accidentally have controls enabled that could hurt your company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a no-brainer if you are using Office 365 already. There is absolutely no reason to pay for another conference solution or chat if you have Teams. It is fairly easy to roll out and just use out of the box. There is plenty of free training on the Microsoft site with videos to get started as well.
