All in one for remote collaboration

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's an all in one. Whether it's instant messaging, videoconferencing 1 to 1 or 1 to 50, document collaboration, file sharing, reminders, blogging... You can literally do your work in MS Teams!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That you have all features for remote working in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features are not perfect. Some of them lags a little bit, it's not consistent sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have an Office 365 subscription at your company, MS teams it's a must have. You have Zoom, Slack, Word, PowerPoint, Excel... In one single app. Also it has integrations with other third parties apps. The only thing that it does not do is emails!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

We use Microsoft Teams to work together across our enterprise. The best forum for teamwork collaboration. It's simple and handy to use, the updates and notifications are on-site, and the UI is clean and transparent. Microsoft Teams have brought together all the requirements of an organization: chat and conversations, sessions & video chat, messages, video streaming using Microsoft 365 tools, and the ability to develop and integrate applications and corporate functions that a company depends on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For large enterprises, Microsoft Teams is best suited with sound technology environment. It has the best features for coordinating sessions, logging, and sharing data/files. Simply move between a work as well as a personal website and stay connected through the day. Throughout this home time work, it is widely used for daily conferences and video streaming. It has a fun emoji with GIFs that make conversation more lively and stimulating.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft teams require strong internet connectivity, i.e. meetings are disrupted by little to little service that works skillfully with other meeting services. Data processing is matter of interest where a large proportion of assignment submissions are made. I've had a device malfunction a lot of times. Works great in difficult conditions, but also slows down the system. Layout combinations are not that perfect for the business needs to improve significantly in this context.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For large enterprises, Microsoft Teams is best suited with sound technology environment.
