What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams integrates with other Microsoft products, in a way which no other video calling solution does. This has ensured that data migration and sharing between Teams and fellow Microsoft applications, is a seamless affair.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the quality of my meeting sessions, when I use Teams on mobile devices. As far as I am concerned, I am yet to encounter a video calling solution with a better presence on mobile applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Teams does not integrate with major third party productivity and business software, I am using in the workplace. Also, Teams does not do much in terms of providing standout features for users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is more than video calling, it is a collaboration hub. Despite its limitations in the area of video meetings, it more than makes up for it in terms of its collaboration features and controls.

It's design, ease of use and sync with other softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easily it allows to ping and call people, set up meetings with a perfect calendar and how beautiful it looks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not really anything to dislike, its amazing

By far the best product you will find in this space so just go for it!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The better of Microsoft Teams is the integration with Microsoft Office 365. Also, the integration with Sharepoint works perfectly and turns Teams into a very robust tool because you can share files and edit documents online with your colleagues directly from the platform, turning the software into something beyond an instant messaging tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams, besides the integration with the whole Microsoft Office 365, is the capability of being cross-platform. Now I have my team directly on my phone, allowing me to have a very smooth flow of communication and also avoiding using informal channels to contact them while I'm not in front of my laptop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe the search bar can be improved to allow "advanced search", like text in a specific chat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams improved our workflow, allowing us to have a better interaction between the project members and allowing us to experience something more close to a presential work than other software can do (very helpful during the pandemic).
