What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

To be honest, Microsoft Teams is a lot like the other software providers for video conferencing solutions. However, it gets the edge with its affordable pricing for business plans, starting at $5 only. Also, the fact that chat and files are saved in one place, instead of a part in an email, a part in an a cloud instance and a part in a separate chat solutions, with Microsoft Teams, makes it really stands out from the crowd.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the 1TB cloud storage. It allows me to store some important backups, and well as saving larges and larger files. Once, we also had a meeting with 250 persons around the world (limit is 300), with no lag whatsoever and this was really amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop installation take a lot of compute resources, even though I used it on a 6GB Ram PC and Core i7 processors. There should be a lighter and faster version in my opinion, as upgrading hardware for using this might not be cost effective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Listen, Microsoft Teams, from experience is one of the most reliable solutions when it comes to hosting professional business meetings online. I recommend without reservation.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ability to send a straight microsoft teams invite from your outlook email. This will provide a notification for the meeting also.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Either Screen Sharing which is always useful or file sharing. File Sharing is very good for my company, where we have a set place we can go to, to check all necessary files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Probably the limited storage, such as when creating too many teams as I work in a big business then large storage is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best app in regards to setting up meetings linked to outlook, good features especially screen sharing and file sharing - definitely for people who use shared spreadsheets etc.
