What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is a simple yet packed with set of features that is all very essential for any organization. The UI interface is clean and free of any annoying bugs. The whole purpose of using teams is to communicate with the team instantly and it fulfills that very part in a very friendly way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how anyone can communicate in the organization over Teams easily and how it is evolving into a single collaboration tool over time. Microsoft support over the software and regular updates with the bugs fixes are a big plus for the software. The channel creation is the most liked feature in our organization as it helps you to create updates for different projects separately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software is great but is not free of bugs. Since the last updates the teams starts acting all laggy at times. If you are on a call and had to pick another call between it, when you rejoin it shows you everyone on Hold so you are not sure if anyone in the meeting is there or is it just a bug.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone looking for an communication software that does its work with a very minor flaws which will hopefully soon be fixed in newer updates, Microsoft teams is a GO.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

How customizable the Teams experience can be. Ease of use and also ease of implementation is superior. Since Teams integrates with the rest of our Office 365 tools, and is included with our subscription, it is the best solution compared to other offerings. The interface is user friendly and intuitive, and it integrates with a range of other services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can very easily integrate with other enterprises Teams and third party tools, expanding the use and benefits from using the software. The fact that it is built into the MS Office suite means that my team can stay connected on multiple platforms. With this software, you can do more with less.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it had the capability to have more of the "fun stuff" that slack, etc have

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say think about the culture of your organization when looking for messaging tools. If you have a traditional organization that mostly will be using this for professional and not personal use then this is a tool for it.
