What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS teams is very intuitive and you can communicate with people outside your organization, you can even chat with them and share info!

You can share info and communicate with people outside your organization.

I love it! Maybe it could have more noise cancellation options

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I like the ability to share files and keep conversations of past meetings

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to refer to past conversations

What do you dislike most about this product?

I found it a frustrating experience to log on and find previously created meetings, so I gave up on using it and switched back to Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are benefits but found it too frustrating to use because of logging in issues and locating meeting details. Not an issue with a different provider. Having said, if you can make it work, the cost is reasonable.
