What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams acts as a multi-purpose tool with all the features of a communication tool. It not only assists in instant messaging but also acts as a data sharing tool. It very well serves the purpose of audio and video conferencing with utmost quality and flexible features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Of all the functions in Teams, I like the screen sharing feature the most as this feature as helped in a lot of virtual training sessions during the pandemic. It also allows you to screen share without having to call the other person so a unique feature for sure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike is the attendance report download functionality. It creates a lot of challenge for a user to get hold of the report if the invite of the meeting was sent from a group mailbox.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a fabulous tool with a lot of features to support your communication requirements. It's user-friendly and can be easily trained to the team members.
