What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Any level of technical knowledge can easily collaborate on Teams. We have different levels of technical comfort on our team, and Teams allows us to easily share and collaborate regardless of skill level. Because of the ease of use, we all quickly gained skills.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like having a dedicated link to use to log in just for the Teams gathering. There is no questioning whether or not you logged into the correct one. I also appreciate that there are choices for the background and that the settings are simple to use. It’s convenient for teams to conduct virtual meetings, see who is included in the group, and quickly communicate and exchange ideas. Once we have the link, accessing Teams is simple and secure because it is very tailored to the designated meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing about Teams that I dislike. I find this tool simple to use and there is nothing that I do not like about using this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The degree to which Teams is integrated with Office 365 is one of its best aspects. Nearly all of the work that my team does can be managed by MS Teams as a singular application, including communication, document sharing, task organization, and notification management. Everything is made simpler because there are fewer apps to remember to switch between when using a single product that can accomplish this.

Choose you right integrator, spend time with your users and business to work around data governance and teams governance model and then spend some money on change management during teams initial deployment
