What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It integrates really nicelly with other 365 tools, although that would be expected
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The constant innovation and evolution. I also like a lot the loop components
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat functionally is not quite there. It is rather confusing and the mix of teams and channels adds to that. Also the unability to have proper threading makes following conversations hard
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are already using Microsoft 365, it's part of the offereing, so no costs. But if you use IM quite a lot and are used to slack you will be going back moving to Teams

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
The only thing differentiates is the integrations with Microsoft tools like Office and Windows.

the integration with microsoft products and the application for Windows
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UX is too difficult to understand, they have to improve it and it makes the System very heavy

Great features make the platform a great tool for a distance work routine and gives you great opportunity to make long distance short and connects coworkers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The calls and working features are always improving and with stable connection platform works perfect.

A Microsoft user in business must have this platform installed on their working computer, it will make your daily work routine easier and faster.
