it has all in one, meetings, support to others, avatar, file sharing.

sometime the video conference is unstable

In video call I feel teams is lagging behind other competitors.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has the capability to integrate different Microsoft solutions very easily. This makes it very simple to access MS 365 solution, share point, outlook, and drive data from one place

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its capability of sending programming codes using message format and teams channel is my favorite aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes its audio control stops working during the call and screenshare feature is also not so reliable. It runs on high disk space which causes a crash. Its status update is also not accurate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend MS Teams over other applications for its features such as video/audio one on one and conference calls. Though sometimes is not so stable but still teams make it very easy to access all Microsoft products from one place.
