What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is leading the way in how company's are running their business from anywhere at any point. You are dialed in at any point and place in time. A lot of success has been because of Microsoft Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy using Zoom meetings and managing my calendar. I also enjoy the sharing file tool as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I can click a button and it could do all my work....just kidding. Nothing at this time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep doing a great job and your on-call support.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is a very solid and reliably product. It also has the usual Microsoft feel so people who have grown up using Office etc will feel right at home using Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are plenty of features/enablers for collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's not a great deal to dislike about the product. It does everything and more you need from a product like this. I suspect, but don't know, the licence costs could be the part to dislike the most.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider whether you need a tool that has all the bells and whistles for what you need as a company or whether there are some cheaper ones out there which may also do the job. This is worth the money but only if you have the money.
