Teams allows to create channels where we can add members of teams and mention them all together for notifications.

Nothing to dislike in teams as it is working perfectly for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams is best for maintaining teams and allows to chat with team individually and in teams, also it helps in video conferencing and audio calls.
