What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is the go to application, be it on the web or the application. Webex,Jabber and other applications do not have web based support. Teams differentiates in this aspect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instantly taking screen sharing without needing to call a person, saves the hassle of talking in different scenarios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Gets laggy at times which is annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it if you are not using any products, you won't regret it.

I really like how Microsoft Teams works smoothly with Office 365, making it easy to talk and work together. With features like chatting, video calls, and sharing files, it's simple to get things done as a team. And it works well for all kinds of organizations, helping everyone work better together.

What do you dislike most about this product?

i find sometime Microsoft Teams overwhelming due to its many features. Others experience occasional glitches in audio or video calls. Additionally, navigation can be confusing for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
