What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's really user friendly and has a lot of fun features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to collaborate with my team on a multitude of products

What do you dislike most about this product?

The new vs old teams is confusing- sometimes it will pull up one or the other. Whenever we have someone external on the line, it also appears as if they cant upload documents. They can type in the chat though. It would also be nice if they could access the chat after the meeting ends, like internal folks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for business, I prefer it over skype and the like

Slow response times and frequent technical issues.

Definitely go for it. But expect crashes and/or technical issues such as incorrect user status.

Clean and concise with all of Microsoft experience to back any issues or needed help. Wonderful integration for a complete system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Amazing interface and integration of multiple functions in one place, easily accessible!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Yammer does not do it for me. Too microcosm-ed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it - Teams won't disappoint! So much better than the competitors I've tried.
