What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is cloud-based team collaboration software that is part of the Microsoft 365 and Office 365 suite of applications. The core capabilities in Microsoft Teams include business messaging, calling, video meetings and file sharing. Businesses of all sizes can use Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Access control of other system Lot of options available for the organisers like Breakout rooms etc. It has a user friendly interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It uses lots of computational resources while running and thus, slows down the system sometimes. You cannot delete the message you sent on Microsoft Teams. This feature is really needed at times you send something in the wrong chat. The feature of notifications in the mobile application could be improved. Sometimes notifications of different teams are not visible and are only visible when the application is opened. It uses lots of computational resources while running and thus, slows down the system sometimes. It allows a few channels per team.The number of channels could be increased for better product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Well, I would say that the integrations it has with its other Microsoft products really work very well together.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

what I like the most is the video conferencing and calling functions, I also like to make group calls, this is one of the best for me

What do you dislike most about this product?

what I don't like is that it is a free product, but if it is a business product then it is not, I understand that there is a discrepancy in this part, but I understand that it is a business, but compared to other products that are 100% free, this for my is a handicap

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it, it is an excellent work tool, you can share documents, it has good integrations with more Microsoft products, it is an excellent product, highly recommended from me

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration between Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Products is something that you I haven't found anywhere else. Collaborating with customers and internally is really easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that I can join meeting from my car's Teams app nad while going for a walk with my dog using my phone is priceless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not perfect, but Microsoft has ben improving a lot. For example sharing my desktop in 4k or ultrawide.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just try it out, it's the best solution I've came across so far after Skype for Business.
