What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Biggest differentiator is the ability to merge instant messaging and video conferencing which makes it a daily use product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite sspect is it us very secure. An email with recipients is sent out safely to all guests and automatically saves in calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dislike is that the product requires a sign on from guests even they are not on business profile like external guests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must have product with ability to instantly chat with team owners. Moreover, video conferencing is a huge plus.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Skype was formerly used by our business' IT department for all communication purposes. Because it seemed like every time I used it during a call or a meeting, myself and a few other team members would get disconnected more than once, Skype was not dependable in my opinion. This significantly disrupted our discussion, required team members to ask others to repeat themselves, and generally decreased employee enthusiasm in attending meetings. Microsoft teams has solved all the problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams is used by our creative team to coordinate daily tasks, communicate, and hold team meetings. We can organise massive team meetings where everyone can participate or conduct brief training sessions via screen sharing. Since COVID, our staff has been entirely remote, thus having access to Microsoft Teams has been invaluable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be challenging to hear each other at times because the sound quality isn't always what it should be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a terrific resource if you require a collaboration platform for internal and external use. Additionally, if you want to work more closely with outside companies and partners. You may communicate quickly and effectively using the chat feature rather than sending emails. Additionally, voice calls and ad hoc meetings are fantastic tools for facilitating collaboration and communication.
