What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's the top product right now, no one is even near of Teams. Lots of features i.e. file sharing(just drag and drop),audio and video call , instant message, screen sharing and ask what not.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Daily scrum meetings over it, screen sharing and recordings are great feature what I use on daily basis

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing much to dislike about it, great product but needs a very good internet connection

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should use it for their project so that your team gets communicated effectively and in result you can optimise your resources
