There are fantastic GIF and emoji options. This may seem relatively trivial, but it goes a long way in creating a culture of comradery.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless integration with Sharepoint.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File sharing permissions can sometime be finnicky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very good for basic messaging and video calls.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's really just about infrastructure. If your company uses 365 then you will benefit from teams over Zoom or google meet and visa vera.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen Sharing is my favourite feature and works very well with a stable internet connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Team crashes on many users at the same time with no accountability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend thinking about the alternatives first, however, if you are currently using 365 then it will be one to consider.
