1. Low downtime, except for installing updates, teams has never gone down thus seamless connectivity 2. Easy sharing and accessing files and viewing them 3. Can book meeting rooms easily with the help of it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Works well on both laptop and mobile devies 2. Easy to use for setting OOO and other things 3. No prior training required for using teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. The app load time on phone is high 2. The updated version has a less appealing UI as compared to the previous version 3. It downgrades the camera quality

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are someone who works in a large organisation, you can anytime go for teams for easy intra company communications.

Features like team collaboration and communication through messages, meetings, file and app sharing, and occasional emoji and GIF are the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft teams access though phone is my favorite feature.

It sometime lags and cannot work with internet.
